Welcome to Envious Nail & Spa! To ensure the best experience for all our guests and team members, please take a moment to review our policies below.
Appointments & Booking
All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability but may require a wait.
We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends, holidays, and special events.
Appointments can be made online through our website, by phone, or via the Vagaro/Reschedge/Booksy (whichever platform you use).
Arrival
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and relax before your service.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying the next guest.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice and may vary based on nail technician experience level, nail length, and design complexity.
Additional charges may apply for extra-long nails, removal of previous enhancements, repairs, intricate nail art, or specialty add-ons.
Children & Guests
For safety and relaxation of all guests, children are only permitted if they have an appointment.
We kindly ask that additional guests or children wait outside the salon unless receiving a service.
Payments
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Gift Card, Check and Venmo/Zelle.
Gratuity is not included in prices and is greatly appreciated in cash or Venmo when possible.
Refunds & Redos
We proudly stand behind our work. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days so we can correct it at no charge.
Refunds are not offered on completed services.
Nail enhancements (acrylic, gel-X, hard gel, dip) that chip or lift within 7 days due to technician error qualify for a complimentary repair or redo.
Health & Safety
Clients with open wounds, infections, or contagious conditions on hands/feet may be respectfully declined service until healed.
We follow strict sanitation protocols and use hospital-grade disinfectants. All metal tools are sterilized in an autoclave, and single-use items are discarded after each guest.
Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards never expire and have no fees.
Promotions, discounts, and special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Loyalty points or referral rewards have no cash value.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Photos of your nails may be taken for our portfolio and social media. Please let us know at the start of your appointment if you prefer we do not photograph your hands.
